How to book:
Customers interested to book with us should make an email or phone enquiry via the contact page. We are happy to hold a provisional booking for 1 week before requiring payment of a deposit.
10% of full group price is required on booking, to reserve the holiday. Full payment is required if you are booking within eight weeks of the holiday. Upon receipt of your deposit, we will send you a confirmation form/invoice for the remaining amount. It is important that you read the Terms and Conditions at this stage.
All accommodation and food/drink during your stay, all tours and activities, and transport from airport, but does not include flights, holiday insurance, and other personal services provided, such as massages and beauty treatments. Some specific activities are also paid as an additional supplement, to be agreed before departure.
Payment is required in full eight weeks before departure.
If you have to cancel your trip, there would be a charge, which varies according to the notice you give:
- More than 56 days prior to departure¬† -¬†Full deposit is forfeited
- 56-43 days – 25% of cost is payable
- 14-8 days – 75% of cost is payable
- Within 7 days of departure, on departure date or after the holiday has commenced – 100% of cost is payable
We take as the day of cancellation that on which we receive written confirmation of the cancellation.
We might decide to cancel a holiday if at any time up to eight weeks before there are insufficient bookings for it to be viable. In this unlikely instance, we would refund everything you had paid to us.
Option to reschedule holiday:
In the instance that you have made a booking but are unable to make the agreed dates and would like to reschedule the holiday for another date, this may be possible subject to agreement on all sides. If an alternative date can be found that suits both the team at Time + Space Cadaques and you, the client, this can be agreed and a penalty fee of 10% of the initial full charge will be charged for the inconvenience.
We ask our guests to book their own flights, and are able to advise on exact flight timings that would be best for the itinerary. We advise guests to travel directly to Barcelona (Several daily flights available from British Airways, Easy Jet, Iberia) as the first night will be spent at the Hotel Arts, Barcelona. If necessary, for an additional fee we are able to send a driver to meet guests from flights to Girona or elsewhere.
We are not travel agents or flight carriers and therefore do not take responsibility for flight arrangements, delays or cancellations.
It is a requirement of booking that guests have their own adequate holiday insurance. Cover for medical treatment, repatriation, loss of property and cancellation charges must be included. Insurance can be obtained from most insurance companies, banks, and travel agencies. We will require full insurance details for all guests before departing on one of our holidays.
We can offer single travellers the opportunity to share a room. If you accept this offer, we shall endeavour to find a suitable sharer. However if we are unable to find someone by the date the balance is due, we will be forced to charge a single room supplement of approx ¬£500.
At the time of publication all information on our website has been checked and is, to the best of our knowledge, correct. However circumstances out of our control might arise where changes will need to be made to flight times, programmes, staff and tour guides. In this instance we will always try our hardest to devise a satisfactory alternative.
